Siuslaw Chapter hosted the first Oregon Marine Debris Training for March's chapter meeting. The well attended training attracted volunteers from several different organizations all for the interest of Marine Debris. This is the first session in a series of trainings on Marine Debris to be held from Seaside to Brookings. The OMDT consists of Surfrider Foundation, CoastWatch, SOLVE, Washed Ashore and Oregon Sea Grant.
