It's that time again, time to keep it clean upstream before it gets to our ocean, waves and beaches! Join us the coming Saturday, August 24th from 10am-1pm to help cleanup the Siuslaw Estuary, we'll be stationed from Mapleton all the way down to the Port dock and boat launch.
Check in at the boat launch or any of our captained stations between there and Mapleton. Join us afterwards for a BBQ, fun and games!

As a founding member of the Newport, OR Chapter, Charlie has greatly advanced Surfrider's mission through ocean conservation as the Oregon Policy Manager. He’s led a critical role in ocean protection through strategic engagement of our Oregon chapter network in policy initiatives, grassroots campaigns, and community-based projects. With a BS in Marine Biology and as a member of the Oregon Ocean Policy Advisory Council, Charlie’s ties to the ocean reach far and wide.
